Burnstown, ON – November 2025 — Burnstown Castle Building Centre is welcoming local trades professionals, suppliers, students, and community members to gather for its upcoming Trades Networking Night on Thursday, November 20, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Hosted in collaboration with ontrac Employment Resource Services and supported by Employment Ontario and the Government of Canada, the event offers a relaxed setting for tradespeople and contractors to connect, exchange ideas, and discover new opportunities across the Ottawa Valley’s growing network of builders and suppliers.
Guests can tour the Burnstown Castle Building Centre, meet the team, and learn how the store supports local projects with expert advice, quality materials, and community partnerships. Representatives from ontrac will also be on site to share free employer programs and services that make hiring and training easier for businesses and tradespeople alike.
“The Trades Networking Night is about creating genuine connections within our local trades community,” said Shaylene Gibbons, Interior Design Consultant at RB Castle. “It’s a space to share experiences, learn from one another, and celebrate the collaboration that keeps the Valley building.”
The event will be held at Burnstown Castle Building Centre, 30 Bldg Supply Rd., Burnstown.
Free pizza and refreshments will be provided.
