What This Service Includes

Using your renovation or construction plans, our team prepares a professional material take-off and estimate to help you plan with confidence. This includes:

  • Quantities based on your project plans
  • Material pricing
  • An estimated total material cost

From the lumber required to build your structure to the amount of paint needed to complete your space, our estimates are intended to support budgeting and material planning.

Please note: Project take-offs and estimates focus on material quantities and pricing only. Contractor or construction labour is not included.
